摘要
Fiber optic surface plasmon resonance sensor prepared from indium tin oxide and indium nitride is presented experimentally. Influence of thicknesses of indium tin oxide and indium nitride on the sensitivity of the sensor has been thoroughly investigated using wavelength interrogation regime. Merely adding an overlayer of optimum thickness of indium nitride results in highest sensitivity of 40 nm thick indium tin oxide layer based surface plasmon resonance sensor.
