摘要
Junge Frauen mit einem Mammakarzinom erleiden im Vergleich zu alteren Patientinnen haufiger Tumorrezidive und haben eine schlechtere uberlebensprognose. Angesichts des erhohten Risikos fur einen kontralateralen Tumor stellt sich die Frage, in welchem Ausma ss junge Patientinnen von einer kontralateralen prophylaktischen Mastektomie profitieren. Ein chinesisches Forscherteam beleuchtete diese Thematik im Rahmen einer retrospektiven Studie.
