摘要
In the aspect of vascular segmentation detection, medical image detection technology can automatically identify and segment vascular areas through the processing and analysis of vascular images, helping doctors to complete preliminary image recognition and diagnosis. To investigate the effect of endovascular angioplasty combined with beraprost sodium in the treatment of early thrombosis of artificial vascular arteriovenous fistula and its effect on the levels of Apelin-13 and CCL-21, the serum Apelin-13 and CCL-21 levels and clinical efficacy were compared. After treatment Apelin-13 in the research group (25.14 & PLUSMN; 3.52) and CCL-21 (71.25 & PLUSMN; 11.61) were significantly different from those of the control group in Apelin-13 (32.06 & PLUSMN; 5.13) and CCL-21 (85.18 & PLUSMN; 7.33) (F = 4.14, 6.20, P < 0.05). After treatment, the research group PT (10.20 & PLUSMN; 1.61), APTT (28.20 & PLUSMN; 2.30), FIB (2.20 & PLUSMN; 1.10), TT (13.20 & PLUSMN; 2.10) compared with the control group PT (12.51 & PLUSMN; 3.80), APTT (33.80 & PLUSMN; 3.40), FIB (4.60 & PLUSMN; 2.30), TT (16.20 & PLUSMN; 1.70), the difference was significant. Endovascular angioplasty has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of early thrombosis of artificial vascular arteriovenous fistula. Postoperative treatment with beraprost sodium improves the coagulation function of patients, reduces the levels of Apelin-13 and CCL-21, and promotes the recovery of patients, which is worthy of clinical research. The application of medical image detection technology can greatly reduce the workload of doctors and improve the diagnostic efficiency and accuracy, which is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of medical services.
