摘要
Data on the synthesis of fluoroalkyl- and fluoroaryl-substituted hexahydropyrimidine derivatives since their first publication have been systemized. One-pot multicomponent synthetic methods, including catalytic ones, have been mainly considered. The effects of the nature of catalyst and initial reactants and reaction conditions on the product yield and composition have been discussed. Biological activity of some hexahydropyrimidine derivatives has been noted.
