摘要
This technological article presents a case study that uses the A3 Methodology to implement improvements in document management. This procedure is challenging for quality management, since there is a need for optimization in organizational processes. The objective of the research is to analyze how the A3 methodology can strategically contribute to document management, through the tools that the Method offers in a large company in the energy sector and to describe the problem and propose a solution, the method addressed was action research. Initially, the document management indicator had only 63.43% of documents approved, after the implementation of the A3 Methodology for process improvement, this indicator increased to 99.13% of updated regulations. It was found that the application of the A3 Method enabled efficient planning and more accurate decision-making by the management responsible for handling the software, since there was an improvement in document management, contributing to the achievement of the quality management goals of the company. company under study.
