摘要
This work analyzes the operating temperature of perovskite mini-modules compared with silicon solar modules. Experimental data from single- junction perovskite modules, tandem (perovskite + Si) structures, and different-sized silicon modules were analyzed. The results showed that single-junction perovskite modules operated at temperatures 3 to 8 degrees Celsius cooler than silicon modules. Interestingly, we observed that one of the tandem modules operated at a similar temperature as the single-junction perovskite modules, while the other exhibited a temperature increase of approximately 5 degrees Celsius, close to the operating temperature of the silicon modules. This discrepancy in temperature can be attributed to several factors, variances in their assembly, optical properties, and conversion efficiency. The reduced operating temperature has important implications for the overall performance of perovskite modules.
