Ecological Management in The context of sustainable development

The conception of the environmental and ecological issues originated from the relationship between human activity and the natural environment has a significant impact on the conservation and preservation of life and the planet. The current management must not undermine the importance of the interrelation of the man with the ecosystem, understood in terms of complexity and the principle of autonomy/dependence. This paper analyses the current ecological management based on sustainable development using a documentary review. The analysis is based on organizational theoretical frameworks allowing a process of interpretation that provides significant reflections regarding the environmental pollution alert that is threatening the future of humanity, which is an unprecedented event.
