摘要
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the perspective of the materialization of peace as a human right of solidarity or third generation. A qualitative and documentary bibliographic research was carried out, which allowed the search, study and interpretation of the information with the purpose of building knowledge through critical analysis. Among the findings, the main obstacle to the realization of the human right to peace was found to be the lack of support from some developed States led by the United States, the United Kingdom and France, its dual nature of ownership and the need to build an education for peace. It is mainly concluded that there is no possibility of realizing any human right in a state of violence, therefore, only through the realization of the human right to peace can all human rights be protected and demanded, it is also concluded that a structural change is needed in the economic order that prevails in the world capable of eliminating poverty, inequality and exclusion, considering these as the causes of structural violence which makes it impossible to achieve positive peace in all its dimensions.
