摘要：
In this paper we analyze any kind of relationship between the firm's size and the organizational resilience. First, we present two existing frameworks of organizational resilience that propose a set of resilience indicators. Then we discuss on data published by the Spanish Institute for the Statistics if the firm's size has been a relevant factor for organizational survival during the last two world economic crisis: 2008 financial crisis and the recent COVID 19 pandemic.
