摘要
The elimination of wet plume is very important in industrial production and daily life. Air mixing method is a common method to eliminate wet plume. However, the design of existing exhaust treatment unit is always based on experience, resulting in higher energy consumption and lower performance. In this paper, it is assumed that air and the exhaust (steam) mixed uniformly and adiabatically in the exhaust treatment unit. The process of eliminating wet plume by air mixing is analyzed theoretically and programmed. In order to verify the accuracy of the calculation program, an air-steam quantitative mixing test bench was set up. The experimental results agree well with the curve of the calculation program. Taking the exhaust parameters of a steam box as an example, the variation law of temperature, relative humidity of mixture and condensate mass flow rate with temperature, relative humidity and mass flow rate of air is analyzed. The results show that higher air temperature, higher airvapor mixing ratio and lower relative humidity of air are more conducive to the elimination of wet plume. On the premise that no condensate or wet plume is generated, the fitting equation between critical mass flow ratio and ambient temperature and relative humidity is obtained, which provides reference for the design of exhaust treatment device.
