摘要
In this paper, charge accumulation in micro-shell resonant gyroscopes (MSRG) is discussed. Charge accumulation in the MSRG dielectric may cause the change of the frequency split and the vibration mode angle. The charge accumulation influence model of the MSRG is built, and the effect of charge accumulation is observed in the experiment. The additional bias voltage of the charge accumulation is calculated by measuring the long-term drift of vibration mode angle in the 300-minute experiment.
