摘要
[Objective] For the classical spraying process, by observing the influence of the physical characteristics of the liquid itself on various parameters of precise electrostatic spraying and the spray settling rate when different liquids are applied in the electrostatic electric field, the relationship between the two is studied to solve the current problem of spraying efficiency and liquid waste rate, which provides a scientific basis for today's sustainable development of agriculture, and agro-ecological environmental safety. [Results] By proportioning the spray additives for different environments:, the comprehensive results showed that 0.5% Nacl had the best deposition rate effect only at a conductivity of 0.6200 S/um; 5% NACL had the best deposition rate effect at a conductivity of 0.7498 S/um, 20% Polyviny lalcohol (PVA) additive had the best deposition rate effect at the overall test, 30% Polyacrylamide (PAM) additive was the best option for a variety of parameter variations, and 50% Sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDS) performed average. [Conclusion] The larger the electrostatic electric field force the smaller the droplet particle size, the larger the surface tension, the additives droplets are easy to atomize, and make the droplets more charged and higher deposition rate; the viscosity and surface tension of the additives have an important effect on the droplet particle size. Under the same voltage, as the viscosity and surface tension increase, the particle size also increases and the deposition rate increases. In this paper, 30% Polyacrylamide (PAM) additive was used to achieve the optimal effect.
