摘要
This article proposes a new method for evaluating the safety of agricultural hydraulic structures by analyzing their composition. The method combines the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with fuzzy mathematics for a comprehensive evaluation. AHP is used to hierarchically analyze the safety evaluation indicators, determining the weight of each indicator in the overall evaluation. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is then used to compute the final safety evaluation result by combining the obtained weights with the specific scores of each evaluation indicator. The article also established a prediction model based on SARIMA-Bi LSTM to solve the problem of the inability to fully mine the forward and backward correlations in the data for prediction. The model uses the SARIMA model to predict the linear component of the deformation data and Bi LSTM to predict the nonlinear component by fusing residual and temperature information as covariates. The model can better extract the nonlinear relationships and forward/backward relationships in historical data to improve prediction accuracy. Current experiment results show that the composite model has higher prediction accuracy than BP, SARIAMA, and SARIMA-LSTM networks and better reflects the overall trend and local characteristics of the sequence changes. Furthermore, the article deeply explores the uncertainty in the evaluation results and the influence of subjective factors, proposing corresponding optimization and improvement plans. In conclusion, the proposed method for evaluating the safety of agricultural hydraulic structures is based on theoretical and practical research and effectively assesses their safety status.
