摘要
Organizational excellence is considered the most important factor for achieving effective management both in public as well as private organizations. Excellence can be related to "organizational" or "commercial" excellence. With the exception that organizational excellence is utilized commonly in organizations in the public sector, while business excellence is utilized widely by private firms, both synonyms result in a similar connotation. The primary goal is to investigate how innovation management mediates between organizational excellence and the accomplishment of vision under Dubai Police in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). A total of 325 completed questionnaires were collected and employed in the study, which made use of SPSS version 24 and Smart PLS SEM 3.0. The study's findings showed that innovation management and vision achievement (VA) were both important predictors of organizational excellence (OE) and that they were both positive. What's more, the findings supported the mediating role of innovation management in the relationship between organizational excellence (OE) and vision achievement (VA). This conclusion emphasized the findings that were pertinent to the specified aims and the value of the study to various stakeholders in this respect. In spite of the study's limitations, the findings have been positive since they have helped to illuminate a fresh viewpoint. It is recommended that technology is integral part of an organization to achieve its vision and organizational excellence.
