摘要：
Die Sterblichkeit von Patienten mit ambulant erworbener Pneumonie, die stationar behandelt werden mussen, liegt in den wesentlichen Industrielandern bei 10-12% pro Monat - uber wirksame Therapien allerdings besteht kein Konsens. Unter der Annahme, dass es bei Pneumonien zu einer sowohl pulmonalen als auch einer systemischen inflammatorischen Reaktion kommt, liegt die Behandlung mit antiinflammatorischen Medikamenten nahe.
