摘要:
Developing lightweight and high-strength alloys has always been a pursuit of researchers. This study reports a novel Ti45V45(AlCrMo)(10) lightweight medium-entropy alloy (LMEA) with a low density of 5.37 g/cm(3). The Ti45V45(AlCrMo)(10) LMEA had a single-phase body-centered cubic structure and exhibited high yield strength of 1060 MPa. This LMEA showed high specific yield strength of approximately 200 MPa center dot cm(3)center dot g(-1), which was superior to most of the reported high/medium-entropy alloys.
