摘要：
Ventrikulare Arrhythmien zahlen zu den Hauptursachen eines sich au ss erhalb von Krankenhausern abspielenden Herz-Kreislauf-Stillstands. Zwar bieten die sofortige Herz-Lungen-Reanimation (CPR) mit ausreichend kraftigen(!) und ausreichend haufigen(!) kardialen Kompressionen und eine baldmoglichste Defibrillation die besten uberlebenschancen, aber die sind immer noch sehr gering, vor allem, wenn man zusatzlich die neurologische Funktion berucksichtigt.
