摘要
Glutathione (GSH) exhibits antioxidant and integrated detoxification effects, providing protection to the liver. Nevertheless, in cases of liver damage or cancerization, the GSH content experiences significant fluctuations. Consequently, GSH can serve as an effective endogenous molecule for aiding the diagnosis and pathological researches of liver diseases. In this study, a GSH-responsive conductive hydrogel was prepared for the quantitative detection of GSH. Through measuring the high-frequency impedance change of the hydrogel during the reaction, the detection of GSH in a wide range (0.1-6 mM) is realized, and the sensor has high sensitivity and good anti-interference performance.
