摘要
Petroleum is currently a highly demanded power fuel, but oil fields produce oily wastewater during production. If not treated in a timely manner, it can cause serious ecological problems. To solve this issue, this article utilizes the non-equilibrium plasma generated by Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) technology to treat diesel simulated oily wastewater under the synergistic effect of AC/Mn + TiO2 catalyst. The results indicate that: After 180 min of DBD treatment, the degradation rates of diesel and Tween-80 were 60.9% and 53.2%, respectively; after 180 min of synergistic DBD treatment with AC/Mn + TiO2 catalyst, the degradation rates of diesel and Tween-80 were 76.0% and 71.7%, respectively, with a significant increase in degradation rates. The SEM characterization of the catalyst before and after the reaction was compared, and it was found that the surface of the crystal after the reaction was smooth. XPS characterization showed that Mn electron migration leads to the generation of positively charged holes on the valence band of TiO2. These all demonstrate that the synergistic effect of DBD and catalyst promotes the degradation of oily wastewater.
