摘要：
Erkrankte mit Muskoviszidose profitieren von der Kombination Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor. Die Beurteilung der Therapieantwort erfolgt u.a. klinisch, mit Lungenfunktionstests, dem Lung Clearance Index (LCI) und der CT. Die kontrastmittelfreie funktionelle Lungen-MRT mit ultrakurzen Echozeiten (UTE-Sequenzen) stellt eine Alternative ohne Strahlenbelastung dar. Die Studiengruppe bestatigt deren Aussagekraft und die Korrelationen mit Funktionsparametern nun auch langfristig.
