摘要：
Suppose that B$B$ is a Brauer p$p$-block of a finite group with defect group D$D$. If B$B$ exactly contains four ordinary irreducible characters, then we show that D$D$ has order four or five, assuming the Alperin-McKay conjecture holds for B$B$.
