摘要
The frosting has a profound impact on heat transfer. The surface frosting makes heat transfer difficult and reduces heat transfer efficiency. Therefore, it is particularly important to study anti freezing methods and measures. In this paper, based on the constant temperature and humidity visualization system, the freezing process and frosting process of water droplets on the bare aluminium surface, hydrophilic coating surface, and hydrophobic coating surface were observed by Rising View and MATLAB. The thickness of frost, the freezing radius of water droplets, the morphology of ice crystals, and the coverage rate of water droplets were compared. Finally, the effect of different coatings on inhibiting frosting was analysed quantitatively and theoretically.
