摘要：
After a briefly analysing the issue of reputational qualification in general, the paper aims to illustrate a recent decision of the Italian Supreme Court in which it is understood that, in matters of personal data processing, consent is valid only if it is freely and specifically expressed with reference to a clearly identified processing operation.
