How well does cannabidiol oil relieve ureteral stent discomfort?

摘要：
Following a ureteroscopy performed due to nephrolithiasis, ureteral stents are usually inserted. However, these cause considerable discomfort, which in turn is often treated with opioids. In view of the associated high potential for addiction, a team of researchers from the USA and Canada investigated whether cannabidiol (CBD)-Ol is an effective alternative analgesic.
