摘要
A method for the determination of cosmosiin in herb of yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.) using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed. The content of the dominant flavonoid cosmosiin (apigenin 7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside) in yarrow herb varied from 0.52 +/- 0.01% to 0.66 +/- 0.02%. The error of a single determination of the cosmosiin content in A. millefolium herb was +/- 5.28% with confidence probability 95%.
