摘要
Creative writing studies are used to enable students to increase their self-expression power by making writing skills fun. The aim of this research is to evaluate the creative writing products of 4th grade students according to some variables and to examine the contents of the stories created by the students. Mixed method was used in the study. The research was carried out with 4th grade students (n=90) in the center of Denizli. The schools have been designated in accordance with the "Maximum diversity sampling" method. The research data were obtained from the creative writing texts/products taken from the students and the "Creative Writing Products Evaluation Scale" (YARYUDO) developed by Kasap (2019) was used. According to the findings obtained from the research, the creative writing skills of primary school 4th grade students do not show a significant difference according to the variables of "gender, whether to write regularly every day, thinking about writing a book, and time allotted for writing every day. It is observed that the most frequently repeated code in the creative writing texts received from students is "happiness". The least repeated are the rules of "respect for aspiration and labor".
