摘要
Secondary somatic dysfunctions are the main target of manual medicine. However, functional disorders of the locomotor system are more complex and also involve pathomorphological changes, primary and psychosocial dysfunctions, and changes in neurophysiological processing. Recognition and treatment of these dysfunctions is necessary for effective treatment of complex functional diseases. Psychosocial dysfunctions are generally reversible. Their diagnosis and treatment lies not only in the hand of psychiatrists and psychologists, but should also be part of daily practice in manual medicine.
