Conscientious objection: regulation of conscientious objection to abortion in Spanish legislation

The present work, based on the consideration of conscientious objection as a form of conscious disobedience to the Law and a fundamental right protected by article 16.1 CE, explores the legal regulation of conscientious objection in the Spanish legal system, providing a special attention to Organic Law 2/2010, of March 3, on sexual and reproductive health and the voluntary interruption of pregnancy, as well as the reform project of the latter.
