摘要：

A soft-tissue chondroma is an uncommon chondromatous benign tumor that develops extraskeletally. It is defined as a tumor consisting, at least in part, of hyaline cartilage that does not exhibit differentiation other than ossification, fibrosis, or myxoid stroma. It almost always occurs in the limbs and is & LE; 30 mm in size. The case of a patient with a massive 70-mm, soft-tissue chondroma in the parapharyngeal space, which was resected via a percutaneous approach from the preauricular area to the lower jaw, is described.
