Innovation and customer orientation activities were the most significant constructs of digital transformation, while the orientation for competition and data quality explained to a lesser extent, although the orientation for value creation was not statistically significant. Theoretical/Methodological Contributions: The theme is emerging in the literature, and the vast majority of studies address it in the logic of reports and corporate courses.
