摘要
The magnetic and sorption properties and structural characteristics of hydrophobized silicas (CMS-C16) modified with magnetite nanoparticles (MNPs) are studied. The structural characteristics of CMS when modified with MNPs, established by low-temperature nitrogen adsorption, practically do not change, and the sorption and magnetic properties depend to the greatest extent on the size of the sorbent particles. The dependence of the efficiency of extraction of some organic compounds on magnetic sorbents on the size of sorbate molecules is found. The magnetic sorbent was used for the sample preparation using the QuEChERS method for determining the active ingredients of drugs and their metabolites in animal kidneys using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.
