摘要
This preliminary investigation of the local cerebral perfusion evaluated by Transcranial Doppler (TCD) monitoring of the Posterior Cerebral Arteries shows that selective stimulation of visual hemifields evokes significantly different vascular responses. TCD can therefore allow for functional evaluation of lateralized enhancements in cerebral metabolism.
