摘要
One of the main reasons for the lack of renewable energy in Iran and particularly in Tehran is the inadequate pricing of fossil energy resources and the abundance of oil and gas resources in the country, which has caused other energy sources to be ignored. Just as fossil fuels have contributed to human societies' rapid economic growth, climate change poses a severe threat to greater prosperity than the emission of pollutants from these fuels to the planet. In this study, the study of citations, descriptive and field studies to analyze and identify the factors affecting the development of energy technologies by selecting several selected municipal buildings in 22 districts of Tehran in order to develop projects under the title of incentive policies that promote renewable energy resources considering economic and social factors in the weakest and most good neighborhoods of Tehran city with the amount and resources of renewable energy through reasonable levels.
