摘要：
In der Schwangerschaft werden Frauen mit Typ-1-Diabetes haufig mit Insulin detemir behandelt. Der Blutzuckerspiegel kann damit gut reguliert werden, ohne dass ein erhohtes Risiko fur Hypoglykamien oder Schwangerschaftskomplikationen besteht. Das neuere Insulin degludec soll ein noch besseres Wirkprofil haben als andere Insulinanaloga und ist seit kurzem auch fur Schwangere zugelassen.
