摘要
protection The construction sector is one of the most resource -intensive economic sectors. It is therefore a requirement for builders to keep the materials used completely in the cycle. The documen- tation of the materials and their connection types forms an es- sential basis for enabling materials to be reused after disman- tling or the end of the first phase of use. The Building Resource Passport is a documentation tool in order to record the detailed material and construction parameters of buildings. Mineral building materials are of particular importance due to their large proportion of mass. The article describes how the build- ing resource pass as a control instrument can contribute to more resource efficiency in construction, with the focus on solid structures.
