Rural public service system construction based on genetic algorithm optimization from the perspective of service

摘要
This article explores the design of rural public cultural wisdom service aspects using the principles of ser-vice design thinking, based on the context of rural rejuvenation.In particular, public service assessment based on a service design perspective is better able to assess the disparities in the level of public services between urban and rural areas and between regions in the village, especially between ethnic minority and non-ethnic minority areas and within regions, and there are still some key points and difficulties left to be broken through in the healthy and orderly construction of the rural public service system. It innovates the design methodology of rural public cultural intelligent service from the viewpoints of intelligent support, intelligent interaction, and intelligent performance when combined with new technologies like artificial intelligence, with the goal of maximising the user experience and enhancing the effectiveness of public cultural service through innovative public cultural service thinking and the application of artificial intelli-gence technology for the construction of rural public cultural intelligent service. Using the parallelism and global solution space search characteristics of genetic algorithms, the genetic algorithm-based scheduling algorithm GSFGA for public service scheduling problem is proposed to realize the upgrade and transfor-mation faced by the traditional public service concept and management means. The experiment shows that the method can optimize the performance of public service, reduce the average execution time of public service operations, promote the upgrading and transformation of government functions and establish a sound public service system to explore new management modes and ways.
