摘要
This study will examine the positive and negative aspects of the Decision to repeal certain aspects of the TRIPS Agreement in the African context. Low vaccination rates on the continent undermine the right of access to vaccines, which is part of the human right to health under the ICESCR. However, its potential benefits should be studied in the light of the current development of the biotechnology industry in African countries.
