摘要
This research sought to examine the theoretical-legal part of work stress. In this vein, it analyzed the phenomenon of work stress in regard to teleworking in Mexico during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of teleworking. Likewise, the study addressed the labor reform regarding the issue of teleworking and the recent regulations for the right to disconnection, as part of the adaptation to an urgently incomplete work modality. Finally, this paper draws some conclusions regarding the results analyzed.
