摘要
This text presents partial results of a diagnosis that seeks to identify, from the perspective of children, the daily violence they perceive and experience in different spaces of interaction: school, family and neighborhood. It is based on the reflection of violence, on the symbolization from the narrative, in order to think of possibilities for peace. It was carried out under a quali-tative perspective through observation and the development of narrative activities, designed from children's stories. All the students of a public elementary school, psychology students and elementary school teachers participated. The findings focus on the fact that girls and boys live and witness multiple forms of violence; that they encourage them and participate in situations that can harm their peers, so that reflecting on violence can allow us to think about peace. It is considered that the activities can be adapted to other contexts to facilitate dialogue and coexistence.
