摘要
Carbon-graphite materials suffer from severe strength and mechanical characteristics due to inherent flaws such as micropores and microcracks. Incorporating high-temperature and high-pressure technologies in the carbon -graphite preparation process is thought to be an effective way to improve the microstructure and characteris-tics. The high temperature and high pressure generated by a cubic anvil in graphitization can greatly limit the creation of micropores and microcrack expansion in carbon-graphite materials during the preparation process, hence improving their density and mechanical strength. The results show that the synthesis temperature and pressure of 1250 degrees C and 2.4 GPa significantly improve the mechanical properties of the carbon-graphite mate-rials, with compressive strength, flexural strength, and density of 208.1 MPa, 110.3 MPa, and 2.07 g/cm3, respectively, which outperform most carbon-graphite materials prepared using conventional techniques. It shows that the introduction of high temperature and high pressure effectively eliminates micropores and microcracks, promotes the C-C bonding connection between the binder and the aggregate, and significantly improves the mechanical properties of carbon-graphite materials through the growth filling of multilayer graphene nano -sheets, thereby significantly polishing up the microstructural integrity and properties of carbon-graphite materials.
