摘要：
Fur Patienten mit anhaltendem akutem Winkelverschluss (APAC) sind typische Notfallbehandlungen, einschl. IOD-senkender Medikamente, aufgrund des Hornhautodems und der Pupillenerweiterung nicht immer moglich und haufig nicht wirksam. Ein schneller chirurgischer Eingriff kann erforderlich sein. Die Durchfuhrung einer intraokularen Operation am entzundeten Auge mit anhaltend hohem IOD und Hornhautodem birgt jedoch ein hohes Risiko fur Operationsversagen und Komplikationen.
