Beim Karpaltunnelsyndrom (KTS) ist die Thenarmuskulatur haufig in unterschiedlichem Ma ss e beeintrachtigt. Die Ursachen hierfur sind bisher nicht vollstandig geklart. Im Rahmen dieser Studie untersuchten die Autoren Auffalligkeiten im Ultraschall von Personen mit KTS, die auf motorische Neuropathien hinwiesen. Diese verglichen sie mit klinischen und elektrophysiologischen Daten.
