摘要
The ongoing deployment of 6G communications and the proliferation of Internet of Things (IoTs) faces several challenges such as user privacy and data security due to the huge number of intelligent IoT devices and intensive transmitted information in 6G network. Motivated by the above issues and the paramount importance of sensitive health data, in this paper, we present fast anonymous mutual authentication process for emergency healthcare system based on 6G/IoT network. The proposal does not include cloud trust authority when establishing mutual authentication. This, we guarantee data privacy, anonymous and lightweight authentication with low latency which are considered as the main feature of 6G/IoT communication. We prove the security of the protocol against several attacks. Then, we used AVISPA tool to validate security results. Moreover, the results demonstrate their performance in terms of communication and computational costs with respect to the relevant works.
