摘要
A new type of elastic fiber CM800 was used as a flexible substrate to investigate its application in human subtle motion detection which is a kind of PTT/PET bi-component fiber with excellent elasticity, resilience, dimensional stability, and not to be core-spun in use. CM800 knitted fabric was prepared and modified using graphene by screen printing method, and then a flexible strain sensor was developed. The sensing property was analyzed and compared with the spandex stain sensor. The results showed that CM800 strain sensor had a linear and high strain rate, possessed high sensitivity and broad-range-detection capability. Within a strain range of 0%-40% and 80%-100%, gauge factor(GF) was 33.6 and 54.8, respectively. Additionally, CM800-based sensor had excellent cycle stability and favorable hysteresis.
