摘要：

The purpose of this paper is to introduce a new class of locally conformal Kahler manifolds which will generalize the Vaisman manifold. Then, some basic properties of this class is discussed, also the existence of such manifolds is shown with concrete examples. As an application, we study such structures on four-dimensional solvable Lie algebra.
