摘要：

The article analyzes the correlation of Adat and Sharia law in land and inheritance relations of Kumyks on the basis of archival documents, special literature and field ethnographic material. After the reforms of the 1860s - 1870s, the management model began to be rebuilt in the Kumyk household. However, Kumyks continued to solve land and inheritance issues on the basis of adat and Sharia.
