摘要
This scientific work includes the emerging issue of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and cyberjournalism in the geopolitical area of Latin America. The scope of this work is descriptive, transverse; a questionnaire was applied to 157 journalists from Peru, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Costa Rica. A 15-question questionnaire was developed that allowed to know the areas of knowledge, use and recognition of some examples of AI. Even in the most developed cybermedia there is a great delay in AI, made visible with the scarce use; by the reduced formation of cyberjournalists and by the lack of interest of entrepreneurs. These AI resources can support the development of emerging cybermedia and reduce misinformation in the Latin American context.
