摘要
Although the general heat treatment improves the gear mechanical property, the surface precision can not be guaranteed in a single technical process. To this end, a novel grinding carburization method is proposed to simultaneously improve surface precision and mechanical property. The influence regulation of the grinding thermal-mechanical coupling on the carbon migration is studied by microstructure transformation analysis. Combined with the validated experimental findings, it indicates that the grinding carburization obtains a 1 % carbon content surface, presents a more fine martensite and shows a 1.78 times hardening effect compared with the general grinding hardening surface, which is expected to be an efficient surface treatment technology without multiprocess for the anti-fatigue manufacture.
