摘要
A series of poly(amino acid)s materials with amphiphilic properties were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization, and drug-loaded nanoparticles were prepared by self-assembly. In different pH environments, various shapes such as cube/spherical/spindle were presented, and the particle size was less than 200 nm. Cholesterol was grafted to the side chain, and through regular molecular arrangement, the nanomicelles can enter cancer cells effectively through endocytosis. The nanomicelles had dual temperature and pH responsiveness, and CCK-8 experiment proved that the materials were nontoxic, which laid the foundation for the materials to be used as new carriers in the field of sustained drug release.
