摘要
The perspective of Human Rights Education (HRDE), systematic and multidimensional process oriented to the formation of subjects of rights, goes beyond the understanding of education as a right reduced to the insertion of individuals in schools, but deals with the construction of an education capable of forming citizens, strengthening democratic processes and ensuring the maintenance of human rights. In this sense, the article aims to analyze the possibilities and challenges for HRD in the documents that regulate it, specifically the PNDH-3, the PNEDH and the DNEDH. The analytical reading of these documents seeks to understand how the usual conception of human rights, present in the pages of these texts, acts on their guidelines and determinations for HRD in the country. Anchored in a Eurocentric conception, the idea of humanity as a basic requirement for the realization of human rights leads us to question to which humanity these documents refer to and if, in fact, these documents meet the universal character to which they propose.
